Do I need a website or technical skills?

No. If you can post on Instagram, you can use Zboune. Everything is done from your phone in a few minutes — and if you prefer, we set it up with you on WhatsApp.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They open your link, choose their items, and the order arrives on your WhatsApp. That's it.

Does it work with cash on delivery?

Yes — that's the default. Delivery fees are added by area, and with Pro you see exactly how much cash each driver owes you.

How do I pay for Pro or Business?

By Whish Money or OMT. Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and your plan is activated, usually within the hour. Your first payment gives you 6 weeks instead of 1 month.

Will I be charged automatically?

Never. There's no card and no automatic billing: you renew when you want. We remind you a few days before your plan ends.

What if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted: your products and orders stay saved. Your shop is paused (customers can't order) until you renew — or you switch back to the Free plan (up to 10 visible products) in one tap.
